The Office of the Vice-Provost, Students is required to submit an annual report about the usage of the Supportive Leaves Policy during the previous academic year to the Governing Council of the University of Toronto.  

The report must include statistical information in aggregate form, without names or identifiers. The report is submitted for information to the University Affairs Board (UAB) in cycle 2 (usually falling in late November).
